Made with crushed pralines, these pink cookies have a refined flavour and a slightly crunchy texture!

A pinch of love and a lot of passion !

The pink pralines are small french sweets made of an almond wrapped in baked sugar. Crushed into the dough, they give a nice pink colour and an unbelievable taste to the cookies.

All our doughs are prepared by our pastry chefs in our big Fabrique, near Paris. First, they are completely rounded BY HAND (each cookies weighs between 70gr and 80gr) and then baked over low heat for a long time to get an ultra-soft taste.

No preservative, no artificial flavour, no freezing.
