Our cookies are all made by our pastry chefs in our Cookie Factory in Clichy, near Paris. Our cookies are HANDMADE and baked over low heat for a long time to reach a perfectly soft texture! We choose the INGREDIENTS of our cookies with great care, depending on their QUALITY and origin. We make local food circuits our first choice.
Our butter is a PDO from Normandie, our eggs are organic, our chocolate, sugar, milk and flour are French (the wheat is harvest and mealed within 90 kilometres of the mill).
Furthermore, our recipes are preservative free and artificial flavour free. And we do not use any freezing, at any point of our production process.
