The Fabrique’s little favourite! It’s a cookie which is both crunchy and meltingly soft. The caramel nuggets mingle with the iodized hint of the Guérande salt… sooo tasty.

Made of PDO salted butter from Isigny, PDO fresh cream from Isigny and IGP salt from Guérande, you’re gonna love it!

All our doughs are prepared by our pastry chefs in our big Fabrique, near Paris. First, they are completely rounded BY HAND (each cookies weighs between 70gr and 80gr) and then baked over low heat for a long time to get an ultra-soft taste.

No preservative, no artificial flavour, no freezing.
