A sweet cookie made with milk and caramelized sugar… you’re gonna melt with pleasure!
Dulche de leche is a mix of milk and caramelized sugar. First, the sugar is boiled and finally cooked over low heat until it becomes nicely caramel-coloured.
All our doughs are prepared by our pastry chefs in our big Fabrique, near Paris. First, they are completely rounded BY HAND (each cookies weighs between 70gr and 80gr) and then baked over low heat for a long time to get an ultra-soft taste.
No preservative, no artificial flavour, no freezing.
