The matcha tea is a type of green tea made by taking young tea leaves and grinding them into a bright green powder. It’s one of the symbols of the Japanese gastronomy. Its alliance with white chocolate will tickle the most refined palate.

All our doughs are prepared by our pastry chefs in our big Fabrique, near Paris. First, they are completely rounded BY HAND (each cookies weighs between 70gr and 80gr) and then baked over low heat for a long time to get an ultra-soft taste.

No preservative, no artificial flavour, no freezing.
